Yesterday I ate Cah Jantung Pisang with rice at Kluwih Restaurant Bogor. Actually Cah Jantung Pisang is one of the special dish at Kluwih Restaurant because in Bogor I can't find other restaurants that sold the dish. Cah Jantung Pisang is stirred of banana's heart. Cah Jantung Pisang offers salty and savory. The dish also used small anchovies and pieces of red chili. Actually, the texture of Jantung Pisang is the same as the texture of immature Jackfruit that used in Gudeg. The portion offered for Cah Jantung Pisang at Kluwih Restaurant was quite big. I spent 13.200 rupiahs to buy one portion of Cah Jantung Pisang at Kluwih Restaurant.
